2. Grease filling method: unscrew and remove the filling port screw plug, put the grease injector (grease gun, etc.) against the grease nipple, and slowly inject the grease until the grease overflows from the lower joint and the middle part of the lower end. Tighten the screw plug to prevent foreign matter from entering the oil injection channel.

3. Take out the pins at both ends, lay the lifter flat and lift it up, put the U-shaped groove at the lower joint into the drill rod lug, align the hole and penetrate the lower pin, assemble the flat washer, spring retainer and stop Withdraw the cotter pin; put the main hoisting wire rope collar into the U-shaped groove of the upper joint, align the hole and penetrate the upper pin, and assemble the flat washer, spring retainer ring and cotter pin.

4. Before lifting and assembling the drill pipe, make sure that the U-shaped groove of the lower joint of the lifter is perpendicular to the ground, so that the lifter can move up and down in the direction perpendicular to the ground. Slowly raise the main winch until the drill pipe assembly is completed.
