1. The use of lifting device

Lifting device is also called "reverse union" and "breaking device". It is an important part of small rotary drilling rigs, used to lift drill pipes and drilling tools.

2. Structure and performance of inducer

The upper end is connected with the main hoisting wire rope of the small rotary drilling rig, and the lower end is connected with the drill rod. As the main hoisting wire rope is retracted, the rotary drill rod and the drill bit are raised and lowered. When the power head rotates, the drill bit When drilling and throwing soil, it bears the changing force of the drill pipe. After its own rotation, the transmission of the changing force of the steel wire rope due to the rotation of the drill pipe is removed, and the wire rope is prevented from kinking, winding, cracking, etc. There is a big deal. Therefore, the lifting device should have satisfactory tensile strength and sensitive rotation ability under the condition of large pulling force.

Three, the precautions for the use of inducers

1. Before using the inducer, or for a long period of time, the small rotary drilling rig should be filled with grease. After injection, roll the joint to ensure that it can roll without jamming.

2. Unscrew the grease and remove the oil plug, and the oil (grease gun, etc.) is slowly injected into the grease nipple until the lower end joint and the screw plug are tightened, overflow, and foreign matter enters the oil passage.

3. At both ends of the pin end, level riser and elevator, put the U-shaped groove joint in the lug hole of the drill rod, and penetrate the lower pin shaft installation, flat washer, spring ring and stop pin; the main winding wire rope loop connection U-shaped groove, hole and pin shaft, install flat washer, spring ring and pin.

4. Before installing the drill pipe, ensure that the U-shaped groove of the lower joint of the traction device is straight and the ground, so that the guide can move up and down along the straight line and the ground. Slowly increase the main hoist until the drill pipe is installed.

Fourth, the daily maintenance and protection of inducers

1. Before replacing the old and new grease until the new grease overflows, lubricating oil must be applied to the lubricating device for each gear shift (about 12 hours) to ensure good lubrication and rotation. Rotate the joint by hand to see if the roll is stagnant.

2. Check the spilled grease. If the grease has been mixed with foreign matter such as sand, mud, etc., it means that the existing seal must be damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired in time, and it must not be used.

3. Check that the appearance of the elevator is not damaged, whether the pin connections at both ends are reliable, and whether there is abnormal leakage of grease.

4. Depending on the time, replace different traces of grease. If you do not use it for a long time, please fill the small rotary drilling rig with grease.
