1. Before each shift (approximately 12 hours), grease the lifter and replace the old and new grease until the new grease overflows to ensure good lubrication and rotation. Rotate the lower joint by hand to check whether the rotation is stuck

2. Check the oil quality of the spilled grease. If the grease is mixed with foreign matter such as sand, mud, etc., it means that the seal of the lifter has been damaged to a certain extent and needs to be replaced or repaired in time, and no longer used.

3. Check whether the appearance of the lifter is damaged, whether the pin shaft connection at both ends is reliable, and whether there is abnormal leakage of grease

4. According to the different seasons, replace the grease with different labels. If it is not used for a long time, please fill the product with grease
