Pay special attention to gas pipes, underground cables, and high-voltage wires. 5. During work, all drilling rig workers must wear helmets, overalls and work shoes.

2. Drilling regulations:

1. Before starting, the operator must complete the corresponding contents of the routine guarantee of the class.

2. When starting, let the engine run at idling speed for 2 minutes and 5 minutes in winter, and check whether the instruments and indicators of the instrument are normal. If there is no abnormality, the drilling can be carried out normally.

3. During operation, it is forbidden to pressurize blindly. The lifting pressure should be controlled at about 300 Pa and the rotating pressure at about 100 Pa.

4. Always pay attention to whether the wire rope is arranged in order on the main hoisting drum. If there is any disorder, it should be re-arranged.

5. Always pay attention to the working conditions of the live joint. If you find that the wire rope is twisted, check the live joint and replace it if necessary.

6. Always pay attention to the working conditions of the drill pipe. If there is any phenomenon that the drill pipe cannot be returned or released, or there are other abnormal situations, it should be reported to the leader on duty immediately and avoid blindly handling.

7. During work, any red light (when the indicator light is not normally on) should be shut down for inspection, the cause should be found out, and the work can be continued after repairing.

8. When using the soil dumping motor, you should first press and hold the electric control button on the handle. After the system pressure rises to 15 Pa, then slowly operate the handle to a large position; when stopping, you should return the handle slowly, and then release the button. . It is strictly forbidden to suddenly release the electric control button when the handle has not returned to the position.

3. For non-drilling operations, drilling rig operation regulations:

1. Drilling operations for non-drilling operations include loading and unloading drill tools, loading and unloading drill pipes, moving work points, retracting arms and placing towers, overhauling and debugging machines, etc.

2. All drilling rigs for non-drilling operations must be conducted under the premise of a unified command. Without a commander, any operation is forbidden.

3. The commander must use standardized command gestures, look forward and backward, and carefully guide the operation of the drilling rig.

4. For non-drilling operations, the drilling rig should be operated at a low speed (engine) as much as possible. It is strictly forbidden to increase the throttle when not drilling, and it is strictly forbidden to enjoy the air conditioning in the cab.

5. Loading and unloading drill pipes and assembling masts are required to be completed during the day or night with good lighting conditions.
